Shipping & Delivery

We understand you are concerned about the method and time frame in which your new vanity ships. The following will help give clarity to our shipping policies.

Shipping

At BuyVanitiesOnline, we ship your order utilizing the quickest, safest, and most dependable transit methods possible using many of the best delivery companies across the nation. All products on BuyVanitiesOnline have been carefully selected to use a specific shipping method in order to provide you with the best overall delivery experience.

Depending on the item ordered, Free Shipping may include either In-Home Delivery Service to the first dry area of your home or garage, or curbside delivery, where you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it is going). Curbside delivery applies to DreamLine Collection Vanities only. The Delivery Agent does not normally, and does not have to, allow time for the customer to unpack and inspect the merchandise. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly should additional freight or moving services be required, and you would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier. BuyVanitiesOnline is not responsible for delayed service transit times.

Although most items are in stock, it does not mean they can ship within 24 hours. Most of the items require careful inspection and extensive packing. We understand that you are eager to get your beautiful furniture, but we feel protecting your investment is just as important. Many items are delivered within 3-4 weeks but please allow up to 4-6 weeks on some items. Your credit card is NOT charged (unless paid via PayPal or some check cards) until the merchandise is ready for carrier pick up.

Delivery is by appointment only Monday-Friday, depending on the area. The delivery agent will notify you of the day(s) they are in your area. The delivery service company will call to schedule an appointment within a four-hour window. Any additional charge due to delivery requests outside normal delivery hours or delivery days will be at the customer's expense.

BuyVanitiesOnline requires a signature at time of delivery. If you make arrangements for someone else to accept your delivery, you still hold the same responsibilities as if you signed for the shipment. If you make arrangements for the carrier to leave the merchandise without a signature, you wave all rights and release BuyVanitiesOnline from all responsibility regarding the shipment. Any exception to this voids BuyVanitiesOnline’s responsibility for the condition of the merchandise or other delivery issues.

Special Delivery Situations

If a special delivery situation exists, we must be informed prior to shipment so that arrangements can be made (there will be additional time and charges involved). Special delivery situations include, but are not limited to:

•   Military Facilities
•   High Rise (more than 1 flight of stairs if no elevator is available or if the item does not fit on an elevator)
•   Spiral, narrow, or other special stair configurations
•   Remote or mountainous delivery
•   Island Residences requiring access by ferry

Please also note that should BuyVanitiesOnline be notified of a different delivery address than originally provided while the vanity is enroute, there will be a $100 address change fee required to complete the delivery.

Tracking Your Package

We will notify you via e-mail when your order ships with a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your order online or by phone with the specified carrier. Most freight carriers can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. At present time, we are only able to ship orders to destinations in the lower 48 States. Please contact us for orders to Canada.

Upon receiving a tracking number, we encourage you to follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that shippers may not “location-scan” all of their shipments in an effort to speed delivery. Packages are processed in bulk when shipping volume is high, and the first time a package may be scanned could be upon arrival at a regional center near the destination. Please do not be concerned if you do see any tracking data for your shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed.
